The process

  • We will review your architectural drawings and provide a fee proposal.
  • Upon acceptance, one of our experienced and qualified Senior Structural Engineers will visit your property to meet with you and your architect to discuss the scheme.
  • Our engineer will progress a preliminary scheme which will be issued for review.
  • Once you and your architect have confirmed you are happy with the scheme we will issue a final set of drawings and calculations.

All work that our engineers complete will be complaint for your building control submission. Our work can also be used as part of a party wall agreement and we can assist with obtaining a ‘licence to alter’ from freeholders/landlords. Once work commences on site we are happy to provide assistance and consult with your contractor to bring the project to completion.
