They have always been creative in working with me as a client and always found a way to make things work so efficiently. I have never had any problems with any of their schemes with building control or warranty providers. I was forced once to use another firm who I inherited when I bought a project and it was full of issues.

As FTBs, we found the post-survey part of the buying process quite stressful until we enlisted their help. While visiting our property with us, the engineer was incredibly generous with his expertise, talked us through the sticking points highlighted in the survey, and clearly outlined the next steps. They answered all my calls and emails quickly and courteously. Within a day, a senior engineer, who was knowledgeable and charming, visited the site. Other firms I contacted wanted an upfront payment for a written report (in one case, a 40-page report!) before knowing if one was warranted. By contrast, we were given an easily understood modular pricing structure, meaning you only pay for the services you need. There's a single fee for a site visit, and other services, such as a report, can be added as needed. I highly recommend and would definitely use them again.
